문자가 출력 가능한지 (공백이더라도, 출력을 생성하는 문자인지) 분석합니다. thisChar가 출력 가능하다면 true를 반환합니다.

isPrintable(thisChar)
매개변수
- thisChar: 변수. 허용되는 자료형: char
반환값
- thisChar가 출력 가능하면 true를, 아니라면 false를 반환합니다.
