String.indexOf()
설명
스트링 내의 문자 또는 스트링을 다른 스트링에서 찾는다. 기본적으로, 스트링 처음부터 검색하지만, 주어진 인덱스에서 시작하여, 문자 또는 문자열의 모든 인스턴스를 찾을 수 있다.
문법
myString.indexOf(val)
myString.indexOf(val, from)
매개변수
- myString: 스트링 형 변수
- val: 찾을 값 - char 또는 스트링
- from: 찾기 시작할 인덱스
반환값
- val 문자열을 찾으면 첫 문자의 인덱스 값을 반환, 찾지 못하면 -1을 반환.
