String.toUpperCase()

Description

Get an upper-case version of a String. As of 1.0, toUpperCase() modifies the String in place rather than returning a new one.

Syntax

myString.toUpperCase()

Parameter Values

  • myString: a variable of type String.

Return Values

  • Nothing

※ NOTES AND WARNINGS:

If the string is modified, it is highly recommended using String.reserve() to prevent the memory fragmentation issue
